Wellicht in deze tijd ook al de stichting van NORA. Boek 2. De zeevolken noemt de Nora steen als een uiting van een expeditie van Tyrus om de mijnbouw belangen op Sardinië veilig te stellen (blz 191). Het is echter de vraag, want uit de tekst van de steen blijkt ook, dat er een relatie met Cyrpus ligt. Boek 5 Carthage (Soren c.s, 1990) gaat er echter ook van uit, dat het een heuse expeditie van Tyrus was om de mijnbouwbelangen via Sardinië in Spanje veilig te stellen.  In de steen van Nora spreekt eveneens deze relatie Spanje-Sardinië.  ncfps
